SELLING YOUR PROPERTY WITH GOULBURN CONVEYANCING

You have made that difficult choice and now its time to move on.

This can be a difficult and emotional time, however once you have found that buyer, you need someone who can quickly and efficiently move towards settlement. 


PRIOR TO YOUR SALE I WILL:

  • Prepare and draw up the Contract including any special conditions you may require. 
  • Determine if there are outstanding arrears or Land Tax obligations.
  • Provide  the Contract for Sale to your Real Estate Agent to assist with marketing.


TO COMPLETE THE SALE,  I WILL:

  • Make sure that the Purchaser has paid the deposit to the Agent.
  • Organise a "Discharge of Mortgage Authority" to your financial provider and organise production of Title Deed at settlement
  • Calculate adjustments and provide cheque draw downs as direction by you.
  • Arrange settlement with your financial provider,  provide settlement calculations for   approval.
  • Provide an easy dialog with the purchaser’s conveyancer to arrange settlement
  • Complete all final checks
  • Attend  settlement
